This week we have had so much fun taking part in Christmas craft activities. We have been busy making Christmas cards, calendars, wreaths, paper chains and painting baubles! Thank you for coming to our Christmas ‘Stay and Play’ sessions, it was lovely to see so many of you!
We have been enjoying reading lots of Christmas stories in literacy and in maths we have been learning all about 2D shapes, practising our counting skills and number recognition. The children enjoyed being ‘Shape Detectives’ , looking for circles, squares, triangles and rectangles in our environment. Go on a shape hunt at home and see what shapes you can find!
