Cooking up a storm!

This week in nursery has been yet another exciting busy week. Outside the children loved get messy in the mud kitchen, chopping up vegetables to create their very own dishes. The weather was not the nicest but that didn’t stop them.     






















Inside where it was much warmer the children practiced their scissor skills cutting out pictures in catalogues to make their own healthy plates.                                                                                                                         





























































In R.E  this week the children have been working very hard to put the finishing touches to  the 1st station of the cross. I think you’ll agree they have done an amazing job!

















Mother’s Day tea was a huge turn out. Thank you to all the mummy’s, aunties and nan’s that came it was a lovely afternoon. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.  Happy Mother’s Day!

Our Little Green Fingers

This week in nursery the children have become mini gardeners. They  have been busy planting Runner beans, Peas, and Flowers  both indoors and outdoors, and are keen to see them grow.
























































The children have loved playing with their Mini Me,s in our miniature playground, their imaginations are amazing








We have lots of future veterinarians in nursery. The children have enjoyed the experience of caring for their sick pets. This activity has given the children the opportunity to produce some fantastic writing,

























































Outside in the potion lab the children have had lot of fun cooking up bubbly potions.



















A big thank to all the parents that were able to attend parents evening, it was lovely being able to tell you how fantastic your children are!

This week in nursery…

This week in nursery the children have amazed us with their fantastic writing which is now being displayed on our word wall. 















This week the children used their mini me’s in a farm setting. Where they could role-play everyday jobs on a farm.








During the week all  the children had the opportunity to plant cress seeds, which they are going to observe growing over the next couple of weeks and then make sandwiches using their cress.

Nurserys busy week

Joshua class had a fantastic time at domino’s pizza. The children were all so well behaved, we were very proud of them and they enjoyed making their own healthy pizzas.

This week in nursery the children have been very busy!!  The children have had an amazing time painting the Daffodils.They celebrated shrove Tuesday, by making some fantastic fruity pancakes,they also made their lenten promises, and talked about Ash Wednesday, each child received their Ashes at the end of the day.

What an amazing turn out for World Book Day!! the costume were outstanding well done parents!!!
