Reception Applications
Applications are made online on the Tower Hamlets website, if you live in another authority please apply direct to them. You will also need to complete the supplementary form which you will find below.
Certificate of Catholic Practice
With immediate effect the Certificate of Catholic Practice replaces the Priest reference form.
This certificate, to be completed by a Parish Priest to whom you are known, should be completed and submitted to the school with your Supplementary Information Form and supporting documentation. This certificate is the only proof of practice which can now be accepted.
This has come from the Diocese of Westminster and has the approval of the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales.
