As year 6 are learning about Evolution and Inheritance for our science topic, we travelled to the far flung reaches of Central London to visit the world famous Natural History Museum. Whilst there, we attended a workshop showing the many natural adaptations animals have evolved to help them survive in various habitats; toured the museum o the hunt for answers to questions posed and met monsters from the past…
In addition, we were extremely lucky to explore the museum and gather more information on Volcanoes and Earthquakes (this terms topic). We even got to experience what a mild earthquake feels like!
