Today, Year 4 took part in an Egyptian workshop. The day begun with the children learning about sand dances and the children creating their own. After this, the children discussed the structure of pyramids and had to use their bodies to create their own pyramid shapes.
They also had fun in racing against the clock to mummify their class mates.
In the afternoon, the children completed a carousel activity which comprised of hieroglyphic reading and writing; stencil printing and jewellery making.
