Year 4 Homework 14.09.17

Remember to practise your spellings and multiplications and to read your reading record every night (30 minutes). Please remember to get your reading record signed also – indicate the name of the book and pages being read eg. Charlie and the Glass Elevator, Pages 1 – 52. Use the web links on the year 4 page for Numeracy and Literacy games to practise your skills. Homework is due in on Tuesday 19th September.


Write 3 double-ly (adverb) sentences for the picture of Cinderella in your book.


Have a go at completing the Maths sheet stuck in your book, which looks at rounding numbers like we have been doing in our Maths lessons.

    I think it is important for new people to join the school because it is a great opportunity for them to make new friends and also get used to the school.

    Yes because they are new and they don’t know anyone or where to go. So welcoming people is a friendly way of getting to know someone and making them feel comfortable.

  • Yes,people learn and we can welcome more into our school. My mum says school is a great place and we can also help people learn if they just joined the school.
