Last week, our entire school celebrated International Week. Our chosen country was Sweden and we learnt so much!
First, we used an atlas to find out more about where Sweden is in relation to the UK and what the landscape is like.
We also made delicious Kokosbollar, a treat that all Swedish children make at home. We had loads of fun and worked well in a team!
On Friday, we got to dress up in the colours of Sweden, or any other country!
We also got a visit from a Ghanian drummer, who taught us some drumming rhythms and answered our many questions about what inspired him to pursue music.
We learnt a lot this week, and we look forward to learning more next year!
