Parents: New learning packs will be available from Friday morning. Please can you return the previous weeks (Week 1,2,3 and 4) packs to add to your child’s me books. It has been lovely to see all the work they have been doing at home, through the worksheets and photos.😃

Thank you for joining Miss Slaney yesterday for another fun filled story telling session on google meet. We hope you all enjoyed the story! We will do this everyday at 2:30pm. Story of the Week: This week our story is ‘Goldilocks and the three bears’. It is not only fun but it is also important for the children to hear different versions of the story, we hope you enjoy this one! Is this version of the story the same as the previous ones you have heard?
Phonics: This week in Phonics we are learning all about voice sounds and Body percussion. Grab your sound cards from your learning pack and join Miss Davis in practising the Voice sound cards! Can you still remember them all? Then after joining Miss Davis if you are still eager to do more voice sounds why not click on the link and Join Maddison and Felix for a recap on the voice sounds we learnt on Monday.
Maths – Number 10: This week we have been having fun learning all about the number 10. Listen to our number song…. Can you find 10 socks? 10 pieces of pasta? Any of your favourite items are fine to use. Take a photo and email it in to nursey@olsj.co.uk.
Maths – Size: So far this week Miss Slaney has been busy finding and ordering lots of different things in our classroom by size. Have you had a try at ordering objects by size at home? We hope you had fun!😀 Here’s a song all about big and small!
