Complete four pages of SPAG- tenses, capital letters, commas and apostrophe’s.
We have also included a page describing the function and examples of each.
Mr Cameron –
- Multiplication grid- multiply the rows by the columns to find the product of the calculations.
- Area and perimeter- find the area and perimeter of the shapes (remember, for compound shapes you must break them into squares or rectangles).
- Volume- Find the volume of the cubes and cuboids by multiplying height, length and depth.
- Solve the addition problems using the column method.
Miss Lynch – Solve the mathematical equations for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Use either grid method, expanded written method or formal method to solve multiplication.
Next term we will be reading Kensuke’s Kingdom, the story of a boy and his Japanese friend. In preparation, try and find out as much as you can about Japanese culture, for example festivals, art and national symbol. Write at least two paragraphs on your findings.
