(Note: if you do not have access to the internet at home, you can do this part of the homework in school on Friday and Monday during afternoon break)

Science

This week is Science, we conducted an experiment to see whether solids such as sugar, salt and sand were soluble in water (if a solid is soluble, it dissolves in water).

Conduct your own scientific investigation at home by testing out whether some other solids in your kitchen will dissolve in a cup of water.

Some ideas of things you could try are: pepper, coffee beans, ketchup, rice, pasta and so forth.

On the paper provided, create a table to record your results.

E.g
