Last Saturday, Miss Lynch, Miss Crean, Mr Devereux, Sr Christine and five other volunteers (from Neighbours in Poplar), went to visit a refugee camp in Calais, France. They took with them a range of vital supplies to help those in need in the camp, such as: clothes; a range of bedding; medical supplies; food; batteries and foil survival emergency blankets. They got to speak to many refugees, who were extremely thankful and grateful for the help.
